This contract has been prepared in accordance with the obligation to make a contract for sales made over the internet in accordance with the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and the articles are as follows.
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers - Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION
The person who becomes a member of katarglobal.com shopping site as a customer. The address and contact information used when becoming a member are taken as basis.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CONTRACT
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method of the Goods / Product / Service consist of the information at the time the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 - The BUYER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the contractual product or products specified in Article 3 and all preliminary information regarding delivery and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2 - The contractual product or products shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period. This period may be extended for a maximum of 2 more days, provided that the BUYER is notified in advance.
4.3 - If the contractual product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, Mudu Publications cannot be held responsible for the person/organization to whom the delivery will be made not accepting the delivery.
4.4 - The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contractual product in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order and with the warranty documents and user manuals.
4.5 - For the delivery of the contractual product, it is mandatory that the signed copy of this contract be delivered to the SELLER's contact address and the price be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price on behalf of the SELLER due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons for a reason not caused by the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product, the product must be sent to the SELLER's contact address(es) within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the contractual product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation that prevent transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the contractual product with a similar one, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impeding situation is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid shall be paid to the BUYER in cash and in a single transaction within 10 days.
4.8- This contract shall become valid after it is signed by the BUYER and delivered using the SELLER's communication channels.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him/her or to the person/institution at the address he/she has indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required that the SELLER communication channels are notified by fax, email or telephone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of the relevant article. In case of exercise of this right, it is mandatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER was sent to the SELLER communication addresses. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The cargo cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER. In addition, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in goods that are produced in accordance with the consumer's special requests and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used without his/her consent and in an unlawful manner. In this case, the institution that issued the card shall refund the payment amount to the consumer within 10 days from the notification of the objection.
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the Mudu Publications location are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In the event that the order is finalized, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
