All orders you place on our shopping site are delivered to you, our customers, via cargo.

You can check the status of your order from the Member login / My Orders page. You can see your order number, cargo information and tracking number from the My Orders page. The cargo tracking number of your orders that appear in the status of Sent is reflected after a while.

Things you should pay attention to when receiving your order;

When the products in your order you placed on our site reach you, while the cargo officer who came to deliver the ordered product is with you; check whether the code numbers of the product you ordered and the product delivered to you match and receive the product.

We immediately check all the products we sell for damage when they are received from the vendor companies to be delivered to you, our valued customers, and packaged and prepared to be delivered to the cargo company. There is no possibility of any product from our company being shipped damaged. However, due to their nature (fragile products such as glassware, electrical devices, etc.), sensitive products can be dropped directly during transportation or damages may occur due to cargo loading. What you need to do in such cases;

How should I receive the cargo package?

When your order is delivered to you by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving it and if there is any damage, tear or crush in the box, warn the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" without signing any documents related to the delivery. The "Damage Assessment Report" must be signed mutually with the cargo officer, indicating the day and time, and you must take a copy of the report and return your damaged package to the cargo officer. You can request that we send you a new product immediately by informing us about the issue.

What should we do if we notice that the box is crushed, torn or damaged after the cargo company delivers the package?

The cargo company's duty is to deliver the shopping you have made from our website to the right person safely by providing safe transportation. Our company is not responsible for damages that you notice after receiving your order.
