1. Shipping and Delivery Assurance

All your orders are in secure packages. Necessary information is written on the box of your products.

2. Shipping

Except for products specified as fast shipping, if your order arrives outside of working hours, it will be loaded within the first 3 (three) working days following the order. In order for the products to be shipped to you, the necessary payment transactions for the products must be completed by you.

3. Privacy

In order for us to track that you have received your products, only your signature is required during delivery. If you are not at the address when the cargo arrives, do not worry. The address of where you need to pick up your cargo will be left as a note on your door. In case you cannot pick up your cargo, your order will be shipped back to us approximately 1 (one) week later.

4.Delivery and Pricing

When you order your products, the system will automatically show you the shipping fee information during shopping depending on the effect of the product you purchased and the region you are in, and the shipping fee will be collected from you and delivered to you with the agreement of our company with the contracted cargo company. Free shipping service can be offered by us according to the specified periods and campaigns. This application is only valid within Turkey and will be invalidated for products sent outside Turkey and to the TRNC, and the customer will be priced according to the international pricing tariff, the customer will be contacted for this pricing and informed.
